Every new person has the opportunity to connect with the church through a group of people especially trained to assist them. It is our hope that every new person, when they feel ready, discover the joy of being part of a weekly Life Group meeting, attend the short Pre-Encounter course, and register to attend an Encounter Retreat. At this weekend retreat, they "Encounter God" through teachings on inner healing, deliverance from life-controlling problems, forgiveness, baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the vision of the church. Following the Encounter, they are encouraged to attend a class entitled Post-Encounter to help them continue to experience their new found freedom. |

After completing the connection process, the new Christian or church attender enters School of Vision (SOV), which consists of three trimesters of study. During the second trimester, the students will be encouraged to launch their own Life Group but will also continue meeting in their original Life Group, which now become their core leadership, or pursue the giftings and calling in their life through other areas of ministry. |

As the individual progresses through School of Vision, he/she opens his/her own Life Group and begins to develop twelve leaders, taking them through each step of the process of the vision: winning them, connecting them, discipling them, and eventually sending them "to make disciples of all nations." |
