Planning An Event?
For the accuracy and effectiveness of promotion, as well as registration for your Seaport event, it is required that ministry leaders obtain and complete an Upcoming Event Form. It will help in providing accurate information for ads, verbal announcements, and sign-up requirements. Before submitting a form, be sure to plan all details of your event in advance. This includes, but is not limited to, personnel, speakers, musicians, equipment, facilities, writing utensils, paper goods, food, as well as submitting purchase orders or reimbursements according to policy.
In the interest of making your event’s promotion the most effective, this form should be turned in and approved at least four weeks prior to your event (if less than four weeks prior, it will still be accepted for consideration). After submitting this form it will be reviewed by pastoral leadership. Be sure to obtain approval from the proper ministry director before moving forward with your planned event.
